Magic Tax has been designed and developed by KFA Connect.
In this Policy the following terms shall have the following meanings:
“Account” means collectively the personal information and credentials used by Users to access Material and/or any communications system on the Web Site.

What we collect
We only collect Data on our website to respond to enquiries and provide services to the best of our ability. We do not ask for more information than needed to carry out these tasks.
Where you are required to submit Data we offer the option to opt-in to marketing lists but do not employ any third-parties to send marketing material on our behalf.
The following Data may be collected: Full name, Company name, Email Address, Telephone Number, Company Website Address, IP address (automatically collected), Web Browser type and version (automatically collected), Operating System (automatically collected), a list of URLs starting with a referring site, your activity on this Web Site, and the site you exit to (automatically collected) and Cookie information (see below).
What we do with the information
Any personal Data you submit will be retained by KFA Connect for as long as you use the Services and Systems provided on the Web Site. Data that you may submit through any communications system that we may provide may be retained for a longer period.

Third Party Web Sites and Services
KFA Connect uses a third-party service, WordPress.com to publish our website, blog and provide our search facility. Search queries and results are logged anonymously to help us improve our website and search functionality. No user-specific data is collected by either KFA Connect or any third party.
WordPress is owned and hosted by Automattic Inc. We use a standard WordPress service to collect anonymous information about users’ activity on the site, for example, the number of users viewing pages on the site, to monitor and report on the effectiveness of the site and help us improve it. WordPress requires visitors that want to post a comment to enter a name and email address. We do not use cookie information for any targeted marketing and we do not sell the information collected by cookies, nor do we disclose the information to third parties.
The user-level and event-level data collected by Google Analytics is automatically deleted after a period of 26 months.
People who email us
We use TLS (Transport Layer Security) to encrypt and protect email traffic. If your email service does not support TLS, you should be aware that any emails we send or receive may not be protected in transit.
We will also monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.
People who contact us via social media
We use a third-party provider, HootSuite to manage our social media interactions.
If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored by HootSuite for three months. It will not be shared with any other organisations.
