KFA Connect have launched a new version of the Magic Tax bridging software solution exclusively for users of Keyloop’s Drive and Autoline DMS solutions.
Magic Tax uses the data from the uploaded file/s to calculate the vat values and then allows the user to quickly and easily make the submission to HMRC. The solution also gives users the ability to view their filing history, obligations, liabilities, and licence information from a user-friendly dashboard.
Keyloop customers who run their business using more than one instance of the Keyloop DMS software (to file for one VAT registered company) can also utilise Magic Tax – as the solution will merge more than one .csv file extract to compile one VAT return.
Making Tax Digital made Easy!
KFA Connect’s Sales & Marketing Manager, Nicki Smith explains more:
“We have listened to what users of the Keyloop DMS solution needed to help them file their VAT returns and comply with HMRC’s regulations. Magic Tax has been developed specifically around these requirements.”
“The solution ingests the data extracted from the Drive or Autoline system in the format is it extracted, enabling users to calculate and submit their vat returns with ease.”
“Magic Tax is integrated with HMRC and complies with the regulations regarding digital links and digital record-keeping. There is no manual input or data manipulation and therefore no possibility of errors in the VAT return.
It will change, the way Keyloop customers process their VAT returns, for the better as Magic Tax does all the hard work for you!”
Nicki Smith, Sales & Marketing Manager – KFA Connect (UK) Ltd
The Breeze Motor Group is already making use of the solution:
“Magic Tax takes the pain away from submitting our VAT returns. The simple yet robust system allows us to consolidate different branches with the same VAT number with ease, still compliant with MTD legislation.
Magic Tax is completely flexible, allowing dealers to adjust tax groups/codes to suit their Keyloop set up.”
Karl Brown, Finance Director – Breeze Motor Group
